The re-issued Air Flight '89 was originally released as the Air Flight Low in 1989. It was a member of Nike's brand new Flight range along with the original Air Flight, Air Solo Flight and the Air Jordan 4. 

The Air Flight and Air Flight Low were the last shoes to share design elements with an Air Jordan shoe, in this case the midsole and outsole design. In that sense this shoe is the brother of one of the most sought-after kicks of all time.

This retro colorway, yet to be released, is part of the EU vs US line. This fresh, new colorway gives showcases full-grain leather uppers, without any patent leather, which was used in most other retro colorways of this style. The color scheme is very similar to that of the new Cleveland Cav's Hardwood Classic's worn this season. A sweet shoe that could be easily worn on and off the court!
