These classic running shoes, the Nike Air Stab were originally released in 1988, and then retroed for the first time in a variety of colorways in 2006. The name was created by the unique 'stabbed' window encompassing Nike's patent air-cushioning. The construction of the midfoot and ankle supports assisted in stabilizing the foot within the shoe, and this design gave rise to the evolving Air Max line.

This was the first colorway released to kick of the retro release of the Nike Air Stab, where it was designed in collaboration with UK store, Foot patrol. Initially planned as a UK exclusive, a small number of stores outside of the UK were fortunate to receive a handful of the shoes, where many were snapped up in a matter of minutes of becoming available. Comes with an extra set of yellow laces.
